Overview of the EZ

Yen Phong II Industrial Zone is located in Hoa Tien, Tam Giang, Dong Tien communes, Cho Town, Yen Phong Sub-district, Bac Ninh Province. It was established in accordance with Decision no. 856 /TTg-CN of Prime Minister dated June 28, 2007 with the area of 1,200 ha (1,000 ha for industrial zone and 200 ha for urban area) and was approved to invested infrastructure in accordance with Decision no. 1139/QĐ-TTg dated September 11, 2018 by Prime Minster. The Industrial Zone has three areas: A (151.27 ha), B (282.67 ha) and C (221.06 ha). The Industrial Zone is under construction to attract investors in clean industry and electronics accessories, precision mechanics industry.
Location Advantage

Yen Phong II is bordering the National Highway 18 to the south, Ca Lo River to the west, the Provincial 295 road to the east, the Provincial Road 285B to the north and along Bac Ninh – Noi Bai Highway. The location is very accessible to Sea Port, Airport and Railway.
