Yen My II Industrial Zone attracts various industries: assembly of electricity, electronics, mechanics; mechanical manufacture, machinery and equipment manufacture; consumption, etc. The IZ was divided in different function areas: factory, warehouse, administration service, technical area, transport and green tree areas.

Incentives (Tax and Non-Tax)
  • Corporation income tax (CIT): 20% based on the Decree no. 218/2013/ND-CP dated December 26, 2013; Decree no. 118/2015/ND-CP dated November 12, 2015.
  • Incentives on tax: 17% for first 10 consecutive years since the first year project making taxable income, 20% for subsequent years.
  • Taxable incomes: exemption 02 years and reduced by 50% for 4 subsequent years.
  • Import tax: exemption for imported goods in accordance with Article 16 of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax No. 45/2005/QH11 dated June 14,  2005 and Article 12 of Decree No. 87/2010/ND-CP dated August 13,  2010 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of article of the Import and Export Tax Law.
