Thanh That Quoc Oai Industrial Zone was established in accordance with Decision no. 2500/2007/QĐ-UB by Hanoi People’s Committee dated December 21, 2007 with developer of Ha Tay Development Investments JSC for infrastructure construction and located at Quoc Oai village, Phung Xa town, Thach Thai Sub-district, Hanoi. The IZ is bordered to Phung Xa town’s residential area, Lang - Hoa Lac highway to the south, IZ cornered road to the east, inter-sub-district road to the west.

The IZ is bordered with Lang – Hoa Lac highway as the most modern road in Vietnam. It is nearby modern residential areas and Hoa Lac hi-tech zone, Noi Bai International Airport and the Ports which are very convenient for cargo transportation.
