Que Vo III Industrial Zone

Que Vo III Industrial Park, a multi-sector industrial zone, situated in Bac Ninh province, a center of North Key Economics Zone, commenced construction in 2014 with a total area of 530 hectares. Que Vo III is now under 2nd phase of development and synchronized infrastructure system that equipped internal road system, IT facilities, water pump station, power station and watertreatment plant.

Que Vo III IZ is located in Viet Hung commune, Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam with advantageous transport to northern provinces, that create a convenient hub for business in manufacture, export, import, and cargo transport.

• Corporation income tax (CIT): 20% based on the Decree no. 218/2013/ND-CP dated December 26, 2013; Decree no. 118/2015/ND-CP dated November 12, 2015.
• Incentives on tax: 17% for first 10 consecutive years since the first year project making taxable income, 20% for subsequent years.
• Taxable incomes: exemption 02 years and reduced by 50% for 4 subsequent years.
• Import tax: exemption for imported goods in accordance with Article 16 of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax No. 45/2005/QH11 dated June 14,  2005 and Article 12 of Decree No. 87/2010/ND-CP dated August 13,  2010 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of article of the Import and Export Tax Law.
