Phuc Son Industrial Zone was established by Prime Minster as one of five prioritized industrial zones in Ninh Binh Province to attract clean, environmentally-friend industries: electronics assembly, safety glass window manufacture, metal, mechanics manufacture and high-quality footwear. The IZ is located in Ninh Phuc village, Ninh Son ward, Ninh Binh City, Vietnam with the fill-up rate 70%.

Phuc Son Industrial Zone is located nearby national highway 10, borders to Cau Gie – Ninh Binh highway to the west, seaway, riverway which is very advantageous for cargo transport and connects with neighborhood cities.
