Phu Bai Industrial Zone is located in Phu Bai Ward, Huong Thuy Commune, Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam. It is the first IZ with completed infrastructure investment. It attracts investments in various sectors of industrial processing and manufacturing which include agriculture, forestry, machinery, electronics, fiber, textile and other support industries.

Phu Bai Industrial Zone is located along National Highway 1A, North-South Railway and Cam Lo – Tuy Loan Highway. It is connecting three provinces and cities in the central area of Vietnam (Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, and Danang).
