Nam Thang Long Industrial Zone is located in Thuy Phuong Ward, Northern Tu Liem, Hanoi, Vietnam. It is in new industrial zone area to the northern south of Hanoi with the area of 260.87 ha with the investment capital of VND 400 billion. The zone is divided in two areas: Area A and Area B. The A area with 98.59 ha is for supportive manufacture technology and the B area with an area of 120 ha for industrial factories. The IZ is developed to attract clean technology, hi-tech, consumption manufacture and civic mechanics tools. Thus, the core investors in the zone specialize in electronics, computer, car, motorcycle and construction machine from Japan.
