Nam Tai Industrial Zone is located in Phu Thai Commune, Kim Thanh Sub-district, Hai Duong Province. It was established in 2003 to attract investors in clean, green, and hi-tech industries. It plans to expand the area to the east of the zone. The Industrial Zone has created 6,100 jobs for the locals.

Nam Tai Industrial Zone is located by the National Highway 5 connecting Hanoi with Hai Phong Sea port which make it convenient for cargo transportation. It is at the centered triangle economic area of Ha Noi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh in the Northern Vietnam.
