Overview of the EZ

Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone was founded in Lien Chieu District, Danang city, in accordance with Decision no. 3698/QĐ-UB of Danang city government dated December 12, 1996. This was the 2nd established, the largest IZ in Danang city with total area of 423.5 ha. It attracts the most investment projects  accounting for 50% FDI in Danang. Its main investor is Danang industrial zone infrastructure exploitation and development company.
Location Advantage

Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone was built on Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City, along with 1A national highway – an important transport route that connects IZ with domestic markets (to Central Highlands, Binh Dinh, Nha Trang, etc.) and to Laos, Thailand, Myanmar markets.

Incentives (Tax and Non-Tax)

•   Applying the tax rate of 10% for a period of 10 years as Tax decrease and exemption in accordance with Decree 51/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 and the details of domestic encouragement Law no. 218/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 2003.

•   Import tax exemption for equipment, ingredients, transport vehicles and goods to implement the project in Vietnam in accordance with import, export tax regulation.

•  Corporate Income Taxation rate is 20 %.

•  CIT Incentive Tax is 10% for 15 years.

•  Exemption from taxable income for the first 4 years and 50% tax reduction in the next 9 years.•    Personal income Tax: 50% payable tax reduction

•   Exemption of VAT on goods which include imported raw materials for producing and processing of exported goods according to the processing contracts signed with foreign partners.
