Overview of the EZ	Hi-park SEZ is located at the site of 1st national highway of Cambodia. It's about 400 hectares by the border of Bavet, Cambodia, only 85km away from the port of Ho-Chi-Minh, 146km away from Phnom Penh. It's has planned to build an international highway between Phnom Penh, Bavet and will finally reach to Ho-Chi-Minh. The Cambodia government is planned to finish this highway by 2023-2025, which would provide better and more convenient transportation. The port of Ho-Chi-Minh is a world-class port. It can provide timely import and export of raw materials and finished products. Raw materials delivered from Chine will take about 10~14 days. It is Faster and more convenient than Sihanoukville. Exporting commodity to foreign customers is also faster, cheaper compare to Sihanoukville.

Power Station Capacity	Hi-park SEZ's electricity comes from Vietnam(0.18 USD/kWh), transferred from 22KVA high voltage to 220V/380V(Same as China machinery used). Cambodia is building many hydroelectric power plants at the Mekong River, which will provide more electricity supply for Cambodia's need.

Water Supply System	The major water usage is from groundwater, which quality is good. The Hi-park lake also provides 3~4 million tons of water for backup, which guarantees Hi-park SEZ has sufficient water supply.
