Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Zone was established in 2016 by Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee with the investment capital of 215 million USD for the planned area of 660 ha and located in Hai Ha Commune, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. The IZ aims to attract various sectors: garment, flexible industries.
