Overview of the EZ

HaBiotech Industrial Zone is located in Tay Tuu, Lien Lac, Thuy Phuong, Minh Khai, Co Nhue towns, Tu Liem Sub-district, Hanoi, Vietnam. It has a total investment capital of USD 250 million for technical infrastructure and service such as construction of high-level apartment, dormitory, and USD 800 million for specialized equipment such as laboratories, center, research institutes, universities. The IZ aims to become a modern economic zone with high tech industries such as science, research, education development, technology transfer and applied manufacture application.
Location Advantage

The IZ is located in the buffer zone of Nhue River which is a green ecological region. Positioning between the urban and suburban areas, it provides an open space for ecological parks suitable for high tech research operation. The IZ is bordered with Thang Long IZ to the north, planed route to the west, agricultural land to the northern west and residential area to the south. Its position makes it convenient for cargo transportation.
