Expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone

Expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone was founded with total area of 132.6 ha in accordance with Decision no. 1519/TTg-CN by Prime Minister on October 6, 2005. This is one of the largest IZs in Danang city with main investor – Sai Gon – Da Nang Investment JSC. The duration of land leasing lasts to 2055 (50 years). Expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone significantly contributes to IZ’s economic development in Danang, that attracts domestic and foreign companies to lease factories to invest and produce. Expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone is attracting investment into hi-tech, clean industries.

Expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone was built on Lien Chieu Sub-district, Da Nang City, along with 1A national highway – an important transport route that connects IZ with domestic markets (to Central Highlands, Binh Dinh, Nha Trang, etc.) and to Laos, Thailand and Myanmar markets.

• Applying the tax rate of 10% for a period of 10 years as Tax decrease and exemption in accordance with Decree 51/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 and the details of domestic encouragement Law no. 218/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 2003.
• Import tax exemption for equipment, ingredients, transport vehicles and goods to implement the project in Vietnam in accordance with import, export tax regulation.
• Corporate Income Taxation rate is 20 %.
• CIT Incentive Tax is 10% for 15 years.
• Exemption from taxable income for the first 4 years and 50% tax reduction in the next 9 years.
• Personal income Tax: 50% payable tax reduction
• Exemption of VAT on goods which include imported raw materials for producing and processing of exported goods according to the processing contracts signed with foreign partners
