Dong Van IV Industrial Zone is one of the core IZs in Ha Nam province with infrastructure investment that contributes to develop economy in this province. The IZ was established by Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee in 2016, and developed in two stages of which stage 1 had an investment amount of VND 1,910 billion. The IZ attracts hi-tech, clean, modern industries: electronics, car assembly, mechanical manufacture, consumption products, supportive industries, etc.
