 Area 1

Scale of area is about 18,826.47 ha, including 10 communes of Nghi Loc district (Nghi Hop, Nghi Xa, Nghi Long, Nghi Dong, Nghi Thuan, Nghi Hung, Nghi Quang, Nghi Thiet, Nghi Tien, Nghi Yen); 06 communes of Dien Chau district (Dien Trung, Dien Thinh, Dien An, Dien Tho, Dien Loc, Dien Phu) and 02 wards of Cua Lo town (Nghi Thuy and Nghi Tan). The boundary of region 1 defines:

 The North borders the communes: Dien Thanh, Dien Tan and Dien Cat in Dien Chau district.

The area of ​​about 750 ha, including the whole area of ​​VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, Urban and Service Area, belongs to Hung Nguyen Town, Hung Dao Commune, Hung Tay Commune (Hung Nguyen District); Hung Chinh commune (Vinh city). Area boundaries 3 are defined:

The South borders on Highway 46A.

The East is adjacent to Nguyen Van Be Street, Hung Tay Commune (connecting National Highway 46A and National Highway 46B).
