Dong Mai Industrial Zone is located in Dong Mai Ward, Quang Yen Commune, Quang Ninh Province. It is in the middle of three big cities in the north of Vietnam. The Industrial Zone attracts various investment sectors such as construction materials, agricultural, forestry processing, precision mechanics, health equipment, consumption products, textile, etc.

Dong Mai Industrial Zone is located along the National Road No. 1 stretching from Hanoi to Quang Ninh province which connects to Hai Phong - Ha Long Expressway via an intersection. Thus, it shortens transportation time from the zone to Hanoi and Hai Phong Sea Port.
