Da Nang Aquaculture Service Industrial Zone

Da Nang Aquaculture Service Industrial Zone was founded in Son Tra District, Da Nang City in accordance with Decision no. 5210/QĐ-UB of Danang City’s People Committee dated September 4, 2001. It has a total area of 50,63ha. The Industrial Zone completed construction of transport, drainage, light, water supply system and was planned to transform to aquaculture trade services by Danang city government.

Located nearby city center, seaport, railway, airport that are convenient for cargo transportation.

• Preferential corporate income tax: Applying the tax rate of 10% for a period of 15 years for enterprises' incomes from new investment projects in geographical areas with exceptionally difficult socio-economic conditions, economic zones or technological parks.

• 2 years exemption from the taxable income and reduced 50% in the next 4 years. The tax exemption or reduction period is counted from the first year of taxable income. In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first three years from investment project, the time for tax exemption and reduction will be calculated from the fourth year. When the preferential period expires, the enterprise income tax rate returns to the normal tax rate of 25%.

• Preferential import tax: Investors are exempt from import tax on equipment, supplies, means of transport and other goods to implement investment projects in Vietnam in accordance with the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax.
