Cong Hoa Industrial Zone was approved by Prime Minister, located at Chi Linh Commune, Hai Duong Province, Vietnam, was fully invested to develop infrastructure, facilities to attract hi-tech industries: electronics, telecommunication, rubber manufacture, mechanics, car assembly, etc. The IZ was developed in two stages: stage 1(201 ha) and stage 2 (410 ha).
