Overview of the EZ	An Phat Complex Industrial Zone is located in Km47, National Highway 5 through Hai Duong City. It is a strategic location in the economic triangle of Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh. Formerly known as Viet Hoa-Kenmark (Taiwanese) Industrial Zone, it was established in 2005. In 2018, it was taken over by the new developer and renamed as An Phat Hi-tech Industrial Zone. It has a fill-up rate of 60%.
Location Advantage	An Phat Hi-tech Industrial Zone is located at the economic triangle of Hanoi – Hai Phong – Hai Duong. It is on the most crowded Hanoi – Hai Phong industrial axis in the north of Vietnam, along with Hanoi – Hai Phong Highway which is convenient for cargo and materials transport. The Industrial Zone is nearby Sea Ports and an International Airport, which save transport costs, and have easy access to neighborhood industrial centers such as Bac Ninh, Hung Yen and Hai Phong.
