Ticon Property Fund

TICON Property Fund (also known by its abbreviation -TFUND) was set up on 18 April 2005. This is a closed-ended fund that is non-redeemable and has no expiration. As of 30 June 2010, it invested in land and 174 ready-built factories. The factories were of TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited and can be found in 9 leading industrial estates, industrial promotion zones, and industrial parks.
