1964 The company was established as Thai-Tomiden Caustic Soda.,Ltd. And planed to build its first factory. In 1965 Company was renamed to Thai Asahi Caustic Soda CPo.,Ltd. 1966 Promotion of caustic soda commenced at the company’s first factory in Samutprakan Province
1969-1985 Company expanded its factory in order to produce Chlor –Alkali product to meet growing demand from downstream industry and obtained BOI privileges for the p. IN 198roduction of refined salt.
1987-1989 Construction of the refined of the refined salt plant at Amphoe Pimai Nakhon-Ratchsima Province next company was rebaned to THASCO Chemical Co., ltd. Further expansion of membrance production process. In 1989 commenced production f refined salt from underound resources of rock salt in Amphoe pimai Nakhon Ratchasima Province between 1994-1997 the second production Factory was established ai the Eastern Industrial Estate Map Ta Phut ,Rayong Province. Rayong Factory commenced the first production of potassium carbonate the production of Chlor-Alkali also came on –stream in 1997. Next on 1998-1999 Phrapradaeng Factory has been certified with the quality standard ISO from to ISO 9001:1994 from to ISO 9001-2008 in 2009 .2000 -2014 Rayong Factory expanded the production in order to increase the production of Chlor-Alkali and thus maintained its position as the largest and 2014 Phrapradaeng Factory implemented the New Office & Technology Building and Service Factory Building
